Returns and Exchanges
As we offer a made to order service we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault.
We ask that you ensure your measurements are correct prior to ordering.
We do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault).
If for any reason there is a manufacturing fault, postage will be covered by CWB and you will be offered either a credit note or an exchange
Both options come with a complimentary 20% off discount code to use on your next order.
These faults must be brought to CWB immediately and no longer than 48 hours after you have received your items.
We are happy to offer exchanges to new and unworn items.
In the chance you would like to exchange an item please contact us.
Exchanges can only happen if we happen to have the items in stock, once you email us we will advise you of what items we have in stock and available for exchange.
Should the selected gown be a lower price the balance will be provided in the form of a credit note.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and any custom taxes that may be attached to this exchange.
